Another update

This slave is very happy it made a lot of money from it's work previously and is very excited to see my Master on monday. ^w^ Doctor Who and half price Easter candy will be a fun way to spend the day. ^w^ It also hopes it gets the job it gets the tour for on tuesday.


On another note, what in the world is it with people who don't know a whole situation feeling they have every right to say they know what a person is going through? This slave knows it can assume it is feeling the same way as another or having been through a similar experience, but it is never the same. Understanding emotions (empathy) is far more understandable than making assumptions. It knows it can understand another person's emotions, but beyond that it can be making assumptions based on personal experience regarding how another person is feeling. This slave is realizing this as it is cutting off contact with some older people in the community. It feels as if those who are older are possibly more biased against it because of its age and because they think they know all about the situation, when in reality, they know nothing. (This is referring to a third person, besides this slave's former mentor and the mentor's Daddy who has decided to make herself a part of this mess, which is really unnecessary, and reeks of high school-like behavior. Did it mention it hates gossip?) Yes, this is the affect the gossip is having. It wishes people would just stop telling it to "grow up" when clearly they haven't themselves. (Again, how is continuing gossip anything but childish?)

Needless to say, this slave will be thinking of my Master as it sleeps tonight as it seems he is its only safe haven. The local community has practically ousted it (at least some have) based on gossip and the fact that it is 22 years old implies it is immature. Yeah.... It is going to its happy place now as it no longer wishes to associate with people who are so full of themselves they can't accept that there are three sides to every story, and instead focus on just one, refuse to listen to the second, and don't even go looking for the truth. This slave pities those people, but is tired of being dragged down by them.
